The ALN community convened for their annual gathering, which attracts hundreds of leaders from 30–40 countries—a large majority of whom are CEOs, managing directors, entrepreneurs, leaders from government, NGOs, the arts, and civil society—who believe that integrous, decisive leadership is the most powerful lever for transforming Africa. The event consisted of the ALN Women’s Breakfast, a Welcome Cocktail, 2-day conference, a Gala Dinner and a Farewell Brunch.
